The Value of a Customer

It’s been said time and time again.  Bad news travels faster than good news.  Unfortunately, a bad experience with a business or company spreads quicker than the expected good experience.   If we take our customers for granted or don’t show appreciation, we could lose them.  It’s easier to lose a customer than to gain a customer.  And when you lose a customer you lose countless referrals. Priceless!
